CNC Punching
For Speed, Flexibility and Accuracy we utilize State-of-the-Art CNC punching equipment throughout
our facility. In most cases it has been proven that CNC Punching in conjunction with single piece
flow at one of our Cellular Manufacturing Centers is the most cost effective solution. Therefore
we have invested heavily in mechanical, hydraulic and electric servo controlled CNC punching
equipment to match your product to the right equipment to ensure a cost effective solution
for you.
Stamping
Based on the product configuration and the daily quantity demand, our engineering staff may
recommend your product to be manufactured on one of our coil fed stamping presses or a hand
fed stamping press. A variety of conditions will be discussed including hard tooling costs
vs. product life expectancy to determine if high speed stamping is a cost effective solution
for your product.
Laser
Laser cutting is used as a cost effective approach to manufacturing certain products. The
contour of the part, material type and finish quality will be examined by our engineering
staff to determine the best application for your part. Whether it is Laser Cutting, CNC
laser or High Speed Stamping we have the capability and the capacity to meet your needs.
Cellular Manufacturing Centers
In traditional manufacturing facilities the costs of handling, stacking, un-stacking and
moving your product between departments exceeds the actual cost of fabricating the product.
We have eliminated the majority of those costs through Cellular Manufacturing and Single
Piece Flow. The advantages of our Cellular Manufacturing Centers over traditional
manufacturing include; Lower costs to you; Higher quality through process controls; and
Lower inventory level requirements at your facility based on our ability to produce your
product quickly and on time.
